Words of Wisdom: Try to learn or refine 2 or 3 individual techniques or moves of a kata during each class.
There is no need to ‘memorise’ or be perfect in everything in one class. Just remember the old adage
“Slow and steady wins the race”, you will be surprised at how quickly you’ll be able to learn the various
actions required by adopting a measured approach to your karate training
