Favourite Technique: Mai Geri, Gedan Barai

Dojo: Doonside

Memorable Moment: Becoming a Sensei and having a great bunch of students to
teach. Seeing them progress and remembering how I felt at that stage of my Karate.
Personally another memorable moment would have to be entering a tournament in
the open division and having to spar Sensei Di Bailey and being equal points at
full time. AWESOME!

Words of Wisdom: Train hard. Give 110% and you will reap the rewards of your
hated work. If you have made the decision to go to class you may as well train
half as you can while your there. Only you can maintain a good attitude to your
training and I hope to help you with your karate journey.
