Memorable Moment:My memorable moment by far is receiving my instructor belt and being accepted as a sensei, training at senior class amongst GKR’s most gifted and knowledgeable instructors and black belts I consider a real honour and privilege.

Words of Wisdom:Some simple advice given to me by my father, Limitations live only in our minds. If we use our imagination, our possibilities become endless. What you put into your training should be endless, when you reach 100% you have more to give.
